Article 289 — — Contracts between Tutor and Minor.

1) A tutor may not buy or take on lease the property of the minor, nor may he conclude any other contract with the minor except with the authorization of the court. 2) He may not accept the assignment of any right or claim against the minor except with the authorization of the court.
