Article 216 — — Disability of Minors.

1) A minor, as regards the proper care of his person, shall be placed under the authority of a guardian. 2) In matters concerning his pecuniary interests and the administration of his property, a minor shall be represented by his tutor. 3) The minor shall not perform juridical acts except in the cases provided by law.
