Article 118 — — Disputes Arising out of Marriage.

1) Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 117, disputes arising out of marriage shall be decided by arbitrators chosen by the spouses. 2) Any party who is dissatisfied with the decision of arbitrators may appeal to a court having jurisdiction. 3) The court, having examined the petition, may approve amend or reverse the decision of arbitrators. Such decision of the court shall be final.
