Article 179 — — Defendant in the Suit.

1) The action to disown shall be instituted against the child or, where he is dead. against his heirs. 2) The mother of the child shall be joined in the suit. 3) Where the child is minor, he shall be represented by a tutor ad hoc appointed by the court for this purpose.
