1) The tutor shall deliver to the guardian of the minor the income of the latter, and where the income is not enough, part of the property, to be used for his maintenance and his education. 2) Unless the court decides otherwise such delivery shall be made monthly. 3) The conditions of payment may vary by agreement between the guardian and the tutor, or by the decision of the court.
