Article 250 — — Tutor may not be Remunerated

1) The functions of guardian or tutor constitute a gratuitous office 2) A specified amount of compensation may be granted to the guardian or to the tutor where the administration of the property of the minor takes a considerable part of his time. 3) Such compensation may only be taken from the income of the minor and may not exceed one third of such income.
