1) Where commercial, industrial or other enterprises form part of the estate of the minor, the court shall, on the application of one of the ascendants or brothers or sisters of the child who has attained majority, instruct a tutor, who is not the father or mother of the child, whether he should liquidate such enterprises or keep them going. 2) When giving such order, the court shall have regard to the time for which the tutorship is to last and the abilities of the tutor as well as the interests of the minor.
