Article 240 — —Obligation to Exercise such Functions Provisionally.

1) The guardian or tutor who puts forward an objection or a case of exemption shall exercise his functions until a new guardian or tutor has been appointed. 2) The same shall apply to the guardian or tutor whose appointment is impugned.
