1) The Federal Government shall, within six months from the coming into force of
this Code, issue registration law applicable to the Administrations where this
Code is to be enforced and establish the necessary institutions.
2) Until the Office of Civil Status is established in accordance with Sub-Art.
(1) of
this Article, certificates of birth, marriage, and other relevant certificates
issued or to be issued by an appropriate authority of the Administration where
this Code is applicable shall be deemed to have been issued by the Office of
Civil status and
considered valid.
