Article 55 — — Separation by Agreement.

1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 53 (1) of this Code, the spouses may agree to live separately for a definite or indefinite-period of time. 2) Any agreement made to this effect may be revoked at any time by one of the spouses provided that such revocation is not arbitrary.
