1) It may be agreed in the contract of marriage that one of the spouses shall administer all or part of the personal property of the other spouse and that he may dispose of such property. 2) The spouse who is entrusted with the power of administering the property under Sub-Article (1) of this Article shall, at the request of the other spouse, submit an annual statement of accounts of the management of such property.
