(I) The bail bond shalI be in the form prescribed in the Third Schedule to this Code.
(2) The bail bond shalI remain in force for such period as shall be fixed by the court but may be extended from time to time by the court.
(3) Where the charge against the person released on bail is withdrawn the court shalI discharge the bail bond.
