Article 126 — Opening of hearing.

(I) The court shall sit on the day and at the hour fIxed for the hearing. (2) Where an interpreter is required for the purposes of any proceedings. the court shall select a qualifIed court interpreter. Where none is available it will select a competent interpreter but no person shall be selected who is a relative to the accused or prosecutor or is himself a witness. (3) The case shall be called and the accused shall be produced.
