Article 202 — Judgment.

(I) Where the application is allowed under Art. 199, the court shall order a retrial and the public prosecutor shall file the charge in a court having jurisdiction. (2) Where the application is dismissed, the court shall make such consequential orders as the circumstances of the case require. (3) No appeal shall lie against a decision dismissing the application but . nothing shall prevent the applicant from appealing against sentence only within fIfteen days of the dismissal of the application.
