Article 150 — Filing complaint and charge.

(I) Where a private complainant has been authorised under Art. 44 (I) to conduct a private prosecution, he shall within fifteen days file his complaint and the charge in the court having jurisdiction. (2) Where a charge is not in accordance with the authorisation the court shall require the private complainant to amend the charge to conform to such authorisation.
