Article 211 — Confiscation o/property.

(I) Where an order for confiscation of property has been made under Art. 272 Penal Code, the court shall make an order requiring the execution officer to seize such property as is seizable under the provisions of Art. 97 Penal Code and shall specify in such order the property to be seized.
