ይህ አዋጅ “ለአነስተኛ የገጠር ገንዘብ አቅርቦት ማሻሻያ ፕሮግራም የሚውል ብድር ከአውሮፓ ኢንቨስትመንት ባንክ ለማግኘት የተፈረመው የብድር ስምምነት ማጽደቂያ አዋጅ ቁጥር ፩ሺ፬፻፲፭/፪ሺ፲፰” ተብሎ ላጠቀስ ይችላል። This Proclamation may be cited as the “European Investment Bank Loan Agreement for Rural Financial Intermediation Programme Ratification Proclamation No. 1415/2026".
በኢትዮጵያ ፍድራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብላክ እና በአውሮፓ ኢንቨስትመንት ባንክ መካከል ታህሳስ ፲፭ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፰ ዓ.ም የተፈረመው የብድር ስምምነት በዚህ አዋጅ ፀድቋል። The Loan Agreement of Contract Number (FI N°) 91459 and Operation Number (Serapis N°) 2019-0606 signed on the 24th December 2025 between the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and European Investment Bank is hereby ratified.
የገንዘብ ሚኒስቴር በብድር ስምምነቱ የተገኘውን ፩፻፲ ሚላዮን ዩሮ (አንድ መቶ አስር ሚላዮን ዩሮ) በብድር ስምምነቱ በተመለከቱት ሁኔታዎች መሰረት በሥራ ላይ እንዲውል ለማድረግ በዚህ አዋጅ ሥልጣን ተሰጥቶታል። 1415/2026". ፲፱ሺ፯፻፩ Finance The Ministry of Finance is hereby empowered to undertake all acts necessary for the utilization of the Loan an amount equivalent to One Hundred Ten Million Euro (Euro 110,000,000) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Loan Agreement.
ይህ አዋጅ በፍደራል ነጋሪት ጋዜጣ ታትሞ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ የፀና ይሆናል። አዲስ አበባ ግንቦት ፳፭ ቀን ፪ሺ፲፰ ዓ.ም ታዬ አፅቀስላሴ የኢትዮጵያ ፍድራላዊ ዲሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብላክ ፕሬዚዳንት ፲፱ሺ፯፻፪ This Proclamation shall enter into force upon Done at Addis Ababa, On this 2nd day of June TAYE ATSKESELASSIE PRESIDENT OF THE FEDRAL DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF ETHIOPIA
